Terms for using the 310S Master learning platform.

310S Master is an independent exam-preparation and technical-learning platform. It is not an official Red Seal, Ontario apprenticeship, Algonquin College, or government examination service.
Accounts
Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for providing accurate account information. Access is intended for the registered user. Security features may require email verification for payment and recovery actions.
Course and exam content
The platform is designed to use verified source material for lessons, practice, mock exams, and AI explanations. Study results and mock-exam scores do not guarantee an official examination result.
Premium access
The current Premium products are one-time access periods. The 6-Month Premium and 12-Month Master plans do not renew automatically. Access begins after successful payment confirmation and ends on the access-expiry date shown in the account.
Payments
Stripe is used for secure payment processing when payment credentials are connected. Payment approval, wallet availability, and settlement are subject to Stripe and the customer’s payment provider.
Refunds
Refunds and access changes follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law. A fully refunded Premium payment may remove or shorten the Premium access granted by that payment.
AI features
AI features are intended to explain and organize verified course material. They are study tools and should not replace official service information, manufacturer procedures, workplace safety requirements, or professional judgment.
Changes
Features, course content, pricing, and these terms may change as the product develops. Material changes should be communicated through the service where required.
Support
Account, billing, technical, and course-content questions can be submitted through the 310S Master Support page. Support requests are recorded with a reference number for follow-up.
