How 310S Master handles account, study, payment, and service data.

We may collect account details such as name, email, phone number, apprenticeship status and level, plus study activity such as course progress, practice attempts, mistakes, mock-exam results, and AI Tutor conversations.
How we use it
We use this information to provide account access, synchronize progress, personalize learning, maintain security, deliver account emails, process Premium access, and provide support.
Payments
When Stripe checkout is enabled, Stripe processes payment-card and digital-wallet details. 310S Master does not store full card numbers, CVC values, Apple Pay credentials, or Google Pay wallet credentials. We may store transaction identifiers, plan, amount, status, access dates, and refund status needed to operate Premium access.
Email delivery
Transactional email such as email verification and password recovery may be delivered through Resend. Those messages use the minimum account information needed to deliver the requested security email.
Security and retention
We use secure session cookies, password hashing, access controls, signed payment webhooks, expiring verification/reset tokens, and server-side authorization checks. Information is retained as needed to operate the service, maintain study and billing records, prevent abuse, and satisfy legal obligations.
Account deletion
Signed-in users can initiate account deletion from Account settings. Login credentials, profile information, study progress, question attempts, mock-exam history and active learning entitlements are removed or anonymized. Limited transaction and operational records may be retained where needed for accounting, refunds, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal obligations.
Access and portability
Signed-in users can export a copy of key account, study, exam, support and billing data from Account settings before deleting the account.
Third-party services
310S Master may rely on hosting and database providers for application infrastructure, Stripe for payments, and Resend for transactional email. Their handling of information is also subject to their own privacy and security practices.
