Refund & Cancellation Policy
How one-time Premium access, cancellations, and refunds are handled.
Last updated: October 5, 2026No automatic renewal
310S Master Premium plans are one-time access periods. A 6-month or 12-month purchase does not automatically renew unless a future recurring product is clearly offered and separately accepted.
Cancellations
Because current Premium plans are one-time purchases rather than recurring subscriptions, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. Access remains available until the displayed expiry date unless a refund or charge reversal changes that access.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. A full refund can automatically remove or shorten Premium access associated with the refunded payment. Partial refunds may be handled differently depending on the circumstances.
Refund eligibility
Refund eligibility is assessed under the purchase terms and applicable Canadian consumer-protection law. A refund request can be submitted through the 310S Master Support page with the account email and transaction details.
Payment disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact 310S Master through the support channel shown in your account before initiating a payment dispute where possible. Stripe records and account access history may be used to investigate the transaction.
